Purpose
The purpose of this teleconference is to discuss the licensee's planned license amendment request (LAR) submittal regarding its analysis for small-break and large- break loss-of-coolant accidents (SBLOCA and LBLOCA) as part of the spring 2017 fuel upgrade plan for Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 2 (MPS2). The licensee will discuss the scope, schedule, review dates, and treatment of the Zircaloy-4 fuel product for the MPS2 LARs.
