Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss preliminary draft rule language
regarding long-term cooling in Title 10 of the Code of Federal
Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.46c proposed rule (Accession No.
ML12283A174 of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NRC)
Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)).
This meeting will afford an opportunity for stakeholders to provide oral
feedback on preliminary draft rule language, which represents a
possible change to the long-term cooling provision in the 10 CFR
50.46c proposed rule. These additional discussions will enhance
understanding of the associated comments and public feedback on
long-term cooling as the NRC continues to develop the draft final rule.
The NRC is NOT providing an opportunity for submission of written
public comments in connection with this meeting.
