Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the DNC activities underway to submit a license amendment request (LAR) proposing changes to the Millstone Power Station, Units 2 and 3, Final Safety Analysis Report to reflect the currently installed configuration of the offsite power sources, including the modifications that replaced the dual circuit tower design with individual towers and eliminated the Severe Line Outage Detection System. DNC plans to submit this LAR to the NRC by the end of the second quarter 2015.
