Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a planned license amendment request for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. The licensee plans to submit a request to adopt Technical Specifications Task Force Traveler 425, Revision 3, "Relocate Surveillance Frequencies to Licensee Control - Risk Informed Technical Specification Task Force Initiative 5b." The proposed change would relocate most time-based surveillance frequencies to a licensee-controlled program, called the Surveillance Frequency Control Program (SFCP), and add the SFCP to the administrative controls section of the Technical Specifications.
