Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the NRC’s intentions for the rule text changes and the estimated hours to implement and to conduct annual operations for the rule text changes in the rulemaking, “Amendments to Material Control and Accounting Regulations,” [NRC-2009-0096] RIN 3150—AI61, 10 CFR Parts 40, 70, 72, 74, and 150.
The proposed rule and the notice of availability of the proposed guidance were published in the Federal Register for public comment on November 8, 2013. The proposed rule, associated guidance, comment letters and other information related to the previous public meetings held for the rulemaking are available for review at: www.regulations.gov under Docket ID NRC-2009-0096 and Docket ID NRC-2013-0195.
