Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

To promote understanding of the NRC’s proposed rule amending the regulations related to the medical use of byproduct material in 10 CFR Parts 30, 32 and 35. The NRC published the proposed rule for public comment in the Federal Register (79 FR 42410) on July 21, 2014. During the meeting, the NRC staff will also discuss the associated draft guidance and the process for submitting public comments. The NRC will not be accepting public comments on the proposed amendments or draft guidance during this meeting.
