Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss the apparent violation concerning the failure to comply with the terms of the Confirmatory Order, dated September 3, 2013. This conference is being held to obtain information to assist the NRC in making an enforcement decision. The conference will provide an opportunity for the licensee to provide their perspective on the facts and findings, and any other information that they believe the NRC should take into consideration in making an enforcement decision.
