Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to solicit comments on the technical basis document from the public, licensees, and other stakeholders to review the technical basis to proceed with rulemaking to issue new regulations to eliminate license terms for non-power production and utilization facilities.
