To discuss with industry, members of the public, and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) informatoin on the topic of Design Certification 2Star Designation. This topic was identified as Lessons Learned 1 in the Post-Combined License Part 52 Implementation Self-Assessment Working Group Report, July 2013 (Agency Wide Access Management System (ADAMS) Accession Number ML13196A403) and the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) provided additional information on this topic in their December 2013 letter (ML13350A604).
