Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

This meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and representatives from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) and the industry is to discuss issues related to proposed changes to a licensee’s emergency plan prior to Commission approval of an formal exemption request to the requirements of Title 10, Part 50 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Section 50.47(b) and Appendix E.

The meeting will not discuss any specific licensing activities currently under review by the staff.
