Public Meeting Schedule: Meeting Details

This meeting between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), and representatives from the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) and the industry is to discuss the NRC draft Interim Staff Guidance (ISG) document NSIR/DPR-ISG-02, “Emergency Planning Exemption Requests For Decommissioning Nuclear Power Plants” (Agency-wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No.: ML13304B44), which is currently available for public comment. The meeting is intended to discuss the draft ISG’s development based on the use of precedent in order to facilitate stakeholder review and comment.
