This is the third in a series of meetings to discuss closure of open items
contained in the NRCs safety evaluations for the US EPR design
certification review. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss planning
to close the remaining technical review issues in the Final Safety
Evaluation (FSE) that include Chapters 4, “Reactor”; 6, “Engineered
Safety Features”; 9, “Auxiliary Systems”; 15, “Transient and Accident
