Purpose
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the license amendment
request that Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E, the
licensee) submitted on October 26, 2011, to the U.S. Nuclear
Regulatory Commission (NRC) for the Digital Replacement of the
Process Protection System Portion of the Reactor Trip System
(RTS) and Engineered Safety Features Actuation System
(ESFAS) at Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Units 1 and 2 (publicly
available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management
System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML 113070457).
