Purpose
The purpose of this conference call is to discuss the Equivalent Margin Analysis (EMA) for Palisades Nuclear Plant. Palisades is required to submit an EMA at least three years before the reactor vessel beltline . material Charpy upper shelf energy decreases to less than 50 ft-Ib per Title 10, Code ofFederal Regulations, Part 50, Appendix G, Section IV.
