Purpose
The purpose of the predecisional enforcement conference is to
discuss apparent violations of NRC requirements that were
identified when an inspector observed an assistant radiographer
performing radiography by himself (i.e., without being supervised
by a radiographer). The specific issues are discussed in NRC
Inspection Report 030-37579/2013-001 dated August 20, 2013

(ADAMS) accession number ML13233A167]. The information
obtained from the conference will be used to determine whether
enforcement action is warranted.
