Purpose
To discuss the 10 CFR Part 26 proposed rule effort with the
objectives of enhancing the ability to detect and deter drug use in
NRC licensed facilities and aligning the NRC’s drug testing
requirements with those of the “Mandatory Guidelines for Federal
Workplace Drug Testing Programs” issued in 2008 by the United
States Department of Health and Human Services.
