Zachary Hollcraft

Zack Hollcraft graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Environmental Geology in 2001. Upon graduation he was commissioned into the U.S. Navy and served as a submarine officer.

In 2008, following his active-duty naval service, Mr. Hollcraft joined Bechtel Power as a Hazards Engineer. In 2009, Mr. Hollcraft joined the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region IV office as a project engineer in the resident inspector development program. Upon full qualification he became the resident inspector at the Callaway Plant outside of Fulton, Missouri. In 2015, he moved to the Division of Inspection and Regional Support in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation at NRC headquarters. Mr. Hollcraft took over as the Senior Resident Inspector for Three Mile Island Unit One in 2017 where he led the inspection and oversight of the facility until it's closure in October 2019. At that time, he transitioned back to NRC Headquarters as a Senior Reactor Operations Engineer managing the reactor inspection program.

Mr. Hollcraft also has a Masters of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University, and a Masters of Security Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
