Ryan Rockabrand

Ryan Rockabrand serves as a Senior Advisor for the National Nuclear Security Administration. Ryan is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), maintains a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and holds a Master of Security Studies from the Center for Homeland Defense and Security. Ryan is a graduate of the FEMA National Disaster & Emergency Management University and has served as an adjunct instructor for the Advanced and Executive Academies and at Pierce College. He holds certifications from Harvard Kennedy School, the Project Management Institute, the Partnership for Public Service Excellence in Government Fellowship program, Naval Postgraduate School, and the Wharton School. Ryan is completing his PhD from Capitol Technical University focusing on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Small Modular Reactors in Emergency Preparedness and Response.
