Roman Khalenko

Roman Khalenko was born in July 27,1971, in Kirovograd, Ukraine. He is married. Has two sons.

In 1988 entered to Kiev technical school #41. In 1989 graduated from it with honor and acquired a profession an electricianmechanic for electrical nets below and above 1000 Volts.

In 1989 entered to Kiev polytechnical institute by specialty engineer-electrician for electrical power stations. In 1995 graduated from it with honor and was assigned to Rivno Nuclear Power Plant (RNPP).

Since April of 1995 till October of 2005 worked at RNPP starting as a shift personnel in Electrical department of units 1 and 2 and finished as Head of Probabilistic safety assessment's division.

In November 2005 was invited to State Nuclear Regulatory Committee of Ukraine. Grew up from senior specialist-state inspector to Deputy Head of Nuclear Installations' Safety Directorate.
