Dave Gandy

David Gandy is a Principal Technical Executive in EPRI's Nuclear Materials area where he is responsible for technical oversight of major projects on advanced manufacturing, powder metallurgy, advanced welding, additive manufacturing, supply chain, and next-generation erosion/wear resistant alloys. Mr. Gandy has 38+ years of demonstrated leadership and excellence in materials and welding technologies supporting the power industry in the development and implementation of advanced life prediction methodologies of boiler, steam & gas turbine, reactor pressure vessels, and heat recovery steam generators.

Mr. Gandy is recognized as an ASM International Fellow. He currently holds 14 U.S. Patents and has authored over 235 journal articles and technical reports. He is a member of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code:
