Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the proposed guidance in Appendix B of the recently published draft regulatory guide DG-1404, Revision 1, “Guidance for a Technology-Inclusive Content-of-Application Methodology to Inform the Licensing Basis and Content of Applications for Licenses, Certifications, and Approvals for Non-Light-Water Reactors,” regarding probabilistic risk assessment used to implement the Licensing Modernization Project methodology in support of non-light-water reactor construction permit applications.
