REMARKS:	IMC 0609, Appendix D (Public Radiation Safety SDP) has been revised to modify the use of the "greater than 5 occurrence" counter. Findings in the program will no longer be counted as an occurrence when the finding involves licensed radioactive material within the licensee's Protected or Restricted Areas.
