REMARKS:

IMC 2600 (Fuel Cycle Facility Operational Safety and Safeguards Inspection Program) has been revised to: (1) emphasize the risk-informed, performance-based approach to inspection, (2) impose changes to the core inspection program based on operating experience, and (3) remove completed or obsolete MCs and TIs and incorporate other fuel cycle MCs into a central location.
