	Section X, "Training Requirements For Decommissioning Project Mangers/Technical Reviewers," has been revised to eliminate excessive requirements, focus the training effort, and allow supervisors greater flexibility in setting standards.
	IP 87621 (Transportation (Basic))has been deleted. This IP has been superceded by the revision of IP 86740, "Inspection of Transportation Activities."
