REMARKS:	IP 71130.01 (Access Authorization (AA) Program (Behavior Observation Only)) has been revised to clarify instructions associated with the conduct of the inspection and to update the resource estimate.*
	IP 71130.02 (Access Control (Search of Personnel, Packages, and Vehicles: Identification and Authorization) has been revised to clarify instructions associated with the inspection bases, the conduct of the inspection, and to update the resource estimate.*
	IP 71130.04 (Security Plan Changes) has been revised to clarify instructions associated with the inspection bases, objective, and requirements, the conduct of the inspection, and to update the resource estimate.*
	* These changes are routine clarifications to improve current procedure implementation while more comprehensive changes to the safeguards baseline inspection procedures are being considered as part of a comprehensive review.
