REMARKS:	IMC 2690 (Inspection Program For Dry Storage of Spent Reactor Fuel at Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations) has been revised to delete obsolete references to SALP and MIP, and to allow use of NRC Form 591 and Inspector Notes format for documenting non-escalated enforcement and inspection findings. Also, references to new procedures IP 60856 and IP 60857 were added. IP 92703 (Followup of Confirmatory Action Letters) has bee revised to change ownership from NRR to NMSS. Program applicability has also been revised.
