REMARKS:

10 CFR Guidance - 50.59 (Changes, Tests, and Experiments) has been revised to replace the interim guidance issued 10/97.  This revision reflects the changes to the rule that were promulgated on October 4, 1999, to be effective in the March 2001.  This guidance will be effective when the rule is issued.

10 CFR Guidance - 50.59 (Changes to Facilities, Procedures and Tests (or Experiments)) is deleted.  It has been replaced by the guidance issued with this change notice.
