REMARKS:	TI 2600/005	(Criticality Safety Programs at Fuel Cycle Facilities) is being issued to provide supplemental nuclear criticality safety inspection requirements for the resident inspectors at Category I fuel fabrication facilities and the two gaseous diffusion plants in response to preliminary lessons learned from a criticality accident at a foreign facility.
