TRAINING: No special training requirements have been identified for any documents issued with this change notice.
REMARKS: TI 2515/143 (Shearon Harris Spent Fuel Pool ("C" and "D" Expansion)) is issued to support the review of a license amendment request to place Shearon Harris Spent Fuel Pool (SFP) in service. This TI will: (1) evaluate the licensee's system of quality procedures and associated records that provide, in lieu of installation records, reasonable assurance that affected portions of the spent fuel pool expansion project were constructed in accordance with applicable code requirements; and (2) review the condition of equipment, procured and/or installed prior to termination of the Unit 2 construction license in 1983, for conformance with current quality assurance requirements.
  TI 2515/127 (Access Authorization) is deleted. The inspection requirements identified in the TI have been completed.
