Remarks:	IP 93800 (Augmented Inspection Team) is revised to include the requirement to provide an executive summary in plain English in the inspection report generated by this procedure. This revision was made in response to SECY-99-070, "Implementation Plan for the Public Communications Initiative (DSI-14)."
	TI 2515/110 (Performance of Safety-Related Check Valves) is deleted. The inspection requirements identified by this TI have been completed and no further action is planned.
	TI 2515/114 (Inspection Requirements For Generic Letter 89-04, Acceptable Inservice Testing Programs) is deleted. The inspection requirements identified by this TI have been completed and no further action is planned.
	TI 2515/119 (Water Level Instrumentation Errors During and After Depressurization Transients (GL 92-04)) is deleted. The inspection requirements identified by this TI have been completed and no further action is planned.
	TI 2515/120 (Inspection of Implementation of Station Blackout Rule, Multi-Plant Action Item A-22) is deleted. The inspection requirements identified by this TI have been completed and no further action is planned.
	TI 2515/141, Revision 1 (Review of Year 2000 (Y2K) Readiness of Computer Systems at Nuclear Power Plants) is revised to address the 35 plants which reported that they have additional work in progress to complete a few non-safety related systems or devices to be fully Y2K ready. The staff has committed to monitor the progress of remediation at these plants and to independently verify that all required work is completed prior to Y2K transition. This revision will provide guidance to perform this verification at these 35 plants.
