	The inspection procedure has been revised to reflect a performance based inspection approach. This revision also changes the format, eliminates the field notes, adds an inspection record section, and adds a references section.
	IP 93808	(Integrated Performance Assessment Process) is deleted. The assessment processes described by this IP are no longer required.
	TI 2515/065	(TMI Action Plan Requirement Followup) is deleted. The inspection requirements identified in this TI have been completed.
