Dear Sir or Madam:

We have completed testing at Underwriters Laboratories of the
Sylgard 170
Elastomer and the 96081 RTV Adhesive Sealant.  Final reports from
Underwriters Laboratories will be issued by June 9, 1995.  A
report,
summarizing the tests results, will be forwarded to you on June
12, 1995. 
In general, testing did not reveal any performance differences
between
materials that deviated from our sales specification and
materials that
met our sales specificiations.
