Information Notice 2000-19, "IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN USE RESEARCH
PROTOCOLS INVOLVING U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGULATED
MATERIALS," was issued on December 5, 2000.  This notice was issued to
all medical use licensees to remind them of the requirements pertaining
to the use of regulated materials in research involving human subjects.
