Information Notice 2000-19, "IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN USE RESEARCH
PROTOCOLS INVOLVING U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGULATED

all medical use licensees to remind them of the requirements pertaining
