Assistant Vice President, Clinton Power Station
Discussion:
Illinois Power announced that Michael T. Coyle will assume the position
of Assistant Vice President, Clinton Power Station. Mr. Coyle joined
Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO) in August 1998, and was recently the
co-manager of Limerick's Thermo- Lag reduction project. Prior to joining
PECO, Mr. Coyle was in the Navy where he earned the rank of Rear Admiral.

Discussion:
The licensee announced that, effective July 22, Mr. John Anderson, the
current Operations Manager, will fill the new position of Process
Improvement Manager, reporting directly to the Site Vice-President. In
this position, he will have responsibility for the plant's business plan
activities in the areas of corrective action, parts supply, project
selection and justification, and procedure revision and review.
Mr. Brian O'Grady has been named to fill the Operations Manager position.
He started with Wisconsin Electric 2 years ago after experience at Maine
Yankee, Commonwealth Edison, and Public Service Gas.
