Update Rulemaking for 10 CFR Part 52

November 14, 2001

During the 487^th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, November 8-10, 2001, the Committee considered the draft rule language for the proposed update to 10 CFR Part 52, "Early Site Permits; Standard Design Certifications; and Combined Licenses for Nuclear Power Plants." The Committee plans to review the proposed final version of 10 CFR Part 52 following the reconciliation of public comments.
