NSTS Reconciliation Time

It's almost that time of year for the Annual Inventory Reconciliation! Please take some time to make sure that you have submitted any missing transactions so that your NSTS inventories are accurate and you won't have too many changes to make during the reconciliation. In the coming weeks, licensees with above threshold sources by the end of December will be receiving hard copy packages (large white envelope) in the mail. If you have online access, you don't have to wait until you receive your package; you will be able to complete your AIR online starting January 1st. Spring Cleaning

Spring is almost here so you know what that means…it's time for spring cleaning!  For NSTS users, that means that if you or someone else in your organization has retired or moved on to another company or has taken another position in the organization where they no longer need NSTS access, please contact the NSTS Help Desk at 1-877-671-6787 so we can have their account deactivated.

Also, for those who have old smart cards/readers and unused One-Time Password tokens, please return those to us at the following address:

NSTS Annual Inventory Reconciliation Reminder

There are only a few more days left in the month which means that the deadline for completing this year's NSTS Annual Inventory Reconciliation is almost here.

If you've already completed it and have received your confirmation, you can sit back and relax.

If you've submitted corrections and haven't heard from us yet, don't worry – we are working on it. If your corrections have already been made, make sure you sent us your Confirmation Form. We need that to mark you as complete.

For those of you who haven't started, now's the time. If you have online access, log in to NSTS and complete your reconciliation. If you don't have online access and still haven't received your reconciliation package, contact the NSTS Help Desk to request it immediately at 1-877-671-6787 or by email NSTS.Help@nrc.gov.

Annual Inventory Reconciliation has Begun

Happy new year! The 2016 NSTS Annual Inventory Reconciliation has begun and all licensees with above threshold sources by the end of 2015 should have received a package with instructions and forms. If you have online access to NSTS, you can easily complete your reconciliation online any time. If you don't have online access to NSTS and have not received your package, contact the NSTS Help Desk immediately at 1-877-671-6787 or by email at NSTSHelp@nrc.gov to get the contents of your package emailed to you. Don't wait – get your reconciliation done today!
