Opportunities for Small Business
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is committed to ensuring that small businesses are afforded the maximum practicable opportunities in contracting. Toward that end, the Small Business Program serves the NRC and the community by advocating for small businesses, including those owned by the disadvantaged, women, veterans, and service-disabled veterans, as well as those located in Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones). In addition, the NRC's Small Business Program negotiates annual goals for contract awards to the portfolio of small businesses, and hosts a Quarterly Business Seminar to explore the marketplace and introduce the agency and its contract opportunities.
