On January 11, 2024, the NRC issued a severity level III Notice of Violation to Mr. Jon C. O’Rullian, President and Radiation Safety Officer, Radiation Solutions, LLC (licensee) for willfully taking possession of two Cesium-137 sealed sources which were not authorized on the license. This caused the licensee to be in violation of 10 CFR 30.3(a) and of Condition 10 of NRC License 11-35111-01. |
