REMARKS:

IMC 2602 (Decommissioning Inspection Program For Fuel Cycle Facilities and Materials Licensees) is revised to clarify NRC policy regarding confirmatory surveys and the use of NRC contractor for confirmatory surveys.

IP 87104 (Decommissioning Inspection Procedure For Materials Licensees) is revised to provide guidance on the review of final survey programs and conducting confirmatory surveys.

IP 88104 (Decommissioning Inspection Procedure For Fuel Cycle Facilities) is revised to provide additional guidance on the review of final survey programs and conducting confirmatory surveys.
