In accordance with 10CFR Part 21 I wish to report a non conformance of Tube Clamps shipped to various Nuclear Power Plants. The clamps were marked with our part number 3/4-1 T-55 l SS-2D but were actually clamps, part number 3/4-1T-551SS-3D.

Following are the plants the clamps were shipped to with their purchase order numbers and date.

Clamps from heat codes 81198 and 81199 were the only ones affected.

The person responsible is Don Girard (916/635-8159).

All plants have been notified and they have been requested to return the clamps so the correct ones can be supplied.
