DESCRIPTION:
If a user specifies a finite element in the SUPERSTRUCTURE (LOAD PATH) for the Moving Load Generator, an abort may occur. An abort will occur under the following conditions:
a. | If the first two nodes of the finite element are contiguous with the first or second node of a member that precedes or follows the finite element in the LOAD PATH. |
b. | If the model contains only finite elements and the list of elements in the LOAD PATH are elements in which the first two nodes form a contiguous line. |
Example:
Moving Load Generator
Load Path Members 100 2 to 10
The second node of finite element 100 is the same as the first node of member 2.

DESCRIPTION:
If the user specifies a FORM LOAD command and does not leave a space between the loading name and a negative loading factor, an error will not be reported and an incorrect loading will not be formed.
Example:
FORM LOAD 100 FROM 11.0 2-4.0
In the above example, there is not a space between the 2 and the -4.0 and no error will be reported. Loading 100 will be formed from only Loading 1.
Applicable Section of the Users Manual: | Section 2.1.11.3.2 of Volume 1 - FORM LOAD Command |
