Note that startup for Cycle 8 has been delayed until the Fail of 1998. Therefore, the plant has never operated under the conditions analyzed. Commonwealth Edison has been notified of this defect and has been provided with revised limits. Additionally it should be noted that the impact on other potentially affected licensees was evaluated. It war concluded that ail other operating limits supported by SPC analyses remain applicable.
