This letter is to correct the information provided in the September 17,

1996, Report of Potential Deviation related to ZPA Ratings for Class 1E

Relays.



The above mentioned letter was issued as a result of the Surveillance

audit 96-066 and a follow-up visit performed by Yankee Atomic Electric

Company at ABB Power T&D Company Inc.  (PAPD) in Coral Springs, Fl.



After further analysis and evaluation of the available qualification

documents, ABB concluded that the only Class 1E Relays whose original ZPA

should have been revised were the CRN-1, CVE, CVE-1, CVQ, KD-10 and KF.



As stated in the previous report, the design and functional performance

of these relays were not affected and did not change.



Attached is a revised list of relays with correct ZPA ratings.  Please

disregard previous published ZPA ratings list, dated September 17, 1996.
