Discussion:

This morning report discusses senior management changes at SCANA. Mr. Steve Byrne, currently the Senior Vice President of Generation and Chief Nuclear Officer, will become Executive Vice President of Generation and will remain the Chief Nuclear Officer into 2010. Mr. Jeff Archie, the current Vice President of Nuclear Operations will become Senior Vice President of Nuclear Operations and will transition to the Chief Nuclear Officer in 2010. Mr. Dan Gatlin, the current General Manager of Plant Operations will replace Mr. Archie as the Vice President of Nuclear Operations. Mr. Ron Clary, the current General Manager of New Nuclear Development, will become Vice President of New Nuclear.
