Discussion:

Effective Monday, March 30, 2009, Scott Northard, Plant Manager, assumed the position of Prairie Island's Performance Improvement Manager and will coordinate all performance improvement initiatives on site. He will continue to report directly to Mike Wadley, Site Vice President.

Mr. Northard will be replaced as Plant Manager by Kevin Ryan on a reverse loan assignment from INPO. Mr. Ryan has 27 years of military experience and most recently led WANO peer reviews with senior management at several plants. He will report to Brad Sawatzke, Site Director.
