Discussion:

On July 28, Oliver D. Kingsley, President and Chief Operating Officer, Exelon Corporation, announced his retirement effective November 1, 2004, from Exelon. On November 1, Mr. John W. Rowe, Exelon Chairman and CEO, will assume the designation as President, Exelon Corporation. A number of other senior management changes are planned, including appointment of John F. Young as Executive Vice President of Exelon and President of Exelon Generation, and Mark A. Schiavoni as Senior Vice President, Exelon Generation and President of Exelon Power.
