Discussion:

On May 29, 2003, Florida Power and Light Company announced that          
Mr. Michael Pearce, who previously served as Director of Maintenance at  
Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, has been named Plant Manager at Turkey  
Point nuclear power plant, effective June 23, 2003. Mr. Pearce replaces  
Mr. Terry Jones who was previously promoted to Vice President at Turkey  
Point.
