Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGES                                              

Discussion:

On May 2, 2003, Southern Nuclear announced several key management        
changes.  Mr. Pete Wells, Plant Nuclear General Manager at the Edwin     
I. Hatch Nuclear Plant will assume a loaned executive position with INPO.
Mr. George Frederick, Nuclear Plant General Manager at the Vogtle        
Electric Generating Plant, will replace Mr. Wells. Mr. Skip Kitchens,    
Nuclear Support General Manager for Plant Vogtle, will replace           
Mr. Fredrick. Mr. Paul Rushton, Plant Operations Assistant General       
Manager at Plant Vogtle, will replace Mr. Kitchens.  Mr. Tom Tynan,      
Operations Manager at Plant Vogtle, will replace Mr. Rushton.            
                                                                         
These management changes will become effective Monday, May 12, 2003.
