Discussion:

On March 17, 2003, the licensee informed the NRC that Scott Greenlee, the
Nuclear Technical Services Director was leaving the company. His         
replacement has not been announced. The Nuclear Technical Services       
department included Plant Engineering, Design Engineering, and Regulatory
Affairs. In the interim, the assistant Director of Plant Engineering,    
Joel Gebbie, will report directly to the Site Vice President, Joe        
Pollock, and the Design Engineering and Regulatory Affairs groups will   
report to Jack Geissner, who reports to Joe Pollock.
