Subject: MANAGEMENT CHANGE                                               

Discussion:

On January 3, 2003, the licensee announced that effective January 15, Joe
Jensen will relieve Tom Taylor as Plant Manager. Joe Jensen is an SRO    
licensed at Prairie Island and is currently their Production Planning    
Manager. Tom Taylor will become the Site Assessment Manager for Kewaunee 
and Point Beach. He will manage the corrective action program and        
assessment functions.
